These carved slate dedication plaques measure 12” x 12” and are approximately  ¼” thick.
  They can be inscribed with most any message, although letter size or content may become prohibitive.

Once the order is received, a “exact scale” layout will be created and sent either via FAX or eMail to the address included on the order.  Changes can be made at that time, and spelling, typo’s, or adjustments to the layout will be corrected and resent for final approval.

You can choose the color of the letters from the selection below. Gray is illustrated in the photo above..

You can also choose the option of having holes drilled in the top corners (a leather cord will be provided for hanging, or it can be removed and the two holes can be used to secure it to a wall).

There are two steps involved in ordering these plaques.  You need to order the BASE plaque first, and it will be added to your cart. Then you need to order the lettering.  Follow the steps below.

STEP 1:  Order the Base Plaque by pressing the button below. This will add a line item for $39.95.

With Holes (uncheck if you wish NO holes)

STEP 2:  Order the lettering in the space below. Each character will add $.25

Note that you can only enter the lettering below on one line.  To indicate where you want to break to a new line, use a double dash “--”. For example, in the sign above, it would be entered as “This garden is -- dedicated to our -- childen whithout --...
