This Carved Slate plaque is 12” tall and 12” wide, and approximately 1/4” thick. Typically, these slate shingles are used for roofing, and last 100 years.

The address, street name, and design are carved into the slate then painted with exterior enamel. You also have the option of selecting how many mounting holes you prefer. The standard is two mounting holes with a leather cord for hanging.

Specify exact lettering and enamel color (color shown is Gray).
